Key Responsibilities
Manage civil and commercial litigation, including contractual and business disputes Assess claims and develop practical case strategies Draft pleadings, affidavits, factums, and settlement agreements Represent clients at motions, mediations, examinations, and trials Negotiate settlements and maintain organized files and deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant civil litigation experience Law Society of Ontario licence in good standing Ability to independently manage files and represent clients Strong knowledge of Ontario’s Rules of Civil Procedure Excellent drafting, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills Apply civil litigation judgment, persuasive advocacy, and practical client service across Nanda & Associate Lawyers’ expanding practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
