Join Intuit’s team as a Remote Tax Professional and assist customers with tax preparations using TurboTax. Utilize your expertise to guide clients and enhance their tax filing experience. This seasonal role requires at least 3 years of tax preparation experience. You will prepare a variety of federal and provincial tax returns while providing top-notch customer support. Your critical thinking and communication skills will be essential in ensuring accurate and compliant tax submissions for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tax guidance for personal returns remotely
- Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate returns
- Research and resolve tax-related questions effectively
- Assist clients in filing with the CRA or self-preparation
- Create positive customer interactions through empathy
- At least 3 years of professional tax preparation experience
- Minimum of 125 tax returns prepared per season
- Knowledge of tax laws and concepts
- Technical proficiency in software and G-suite
- Bilingual skills in English and French preferred
