- Assist with resume screening and interviews
- Maintain accurate records of job applicants
- Ensure confidentiality in documentation practices
- Confirm technical qualifications with apprenticeship boards
- Answer phone calls and emails from potential candidates
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Initiative and problem-solving skills are essential
