At Bethany, you will play a vital role in the HR department, ensuring data integrity across Workday and integrating various workforce systems. Your expertise will facilitate robust analytics, thereby promoting informed operational strategies. Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT, you will contribute to continuous improvement in processes while providing essential training and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Workday and HR systems
- Maintain data integrity across workforce management platforms
- Design and produce executive workforce dashboards
- Partner with departments to improve operational workflows
- Champion new functionality and organizational initiatives
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of HRIS administration experience
- Familiar with workforce reporting and analytics
- Experience in a unionized healthcare environment preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
