Role Mission As a Site Superintendent Intern, you will support the General Superintendent in the daily supervision of the construction site. You will play an active role in coordinating work, managing safety, and monitoring progress while gaining hands-on experience of field realities. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Support: Observe and assist in coordinating on-site activities; Attend site meetings and help with follow-ups. Site Safety: Help ensure that health and safety rules are understood and followed by everyone; Participate in identifying risks and implementing preventive measures. Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in managing subcontractor schedules and material deliveries; Collaborate on site logistics to ensure smooth operations. Progress Reporting: Help draft daily reports: work progress, photos, incidents, and outstanding issues; Contribute to schedule tracking and identifying delays or deviations. Job requirements Final-year student in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Strong interest in site management and fieldwork; Adaptable, detail-oriented, and observant; Solid communication skills and team spirit; Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety (ASP Construction is an asset); Proficient with standard computer tools (Office Suite, etc.).
