Drive hydropower innovation as the Director of Solutions. Build and lead projects, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance team performance in Quebec's evolving renewable energy landscape. As a seasoned professional in hydropower, you’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels, utilizing your technical knowledge and project management experience. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning your team's capabilities to offer top-notch engineering solutions. Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and quality across projects while driving organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of hydropower projects
- Enhance team performance through mentorship and guidance
- Cultivate client relationships and new business opportunities
- Develop strategies for operational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Engineering degree; advanced qualifications a plus
- 15+ years in hydropower or related fields
- Professional designation from Quebec required
- Experience with project management on multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
