Lead critical mental health services with Shared Health as a Clinical Team Leader in Crisis Response Services. This key role emphasizes crisis intervention and collaboration across diverse healthcare environments. You will oversee clinical operations while providing expertise in crisis response services. With 4-5 years of mental health experience, you will lead an interdisciplinary team, manage unionized staff, and develop training sessions. Your ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders is vital for success and impact in your region. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise crisis response team in daily operations
- Develop and deliver education and training sessions
- Utilize crisis intervention skills in mental health
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with multi-sectoral organizations
- Address and resolve sensitive system-level issues
- 4-5 years of clinical experience in mental health
- Relevant health degree required; Master’s preferred
- Experience in supervisory roles in unionized settings
- Current relevant certification and registration
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
