We are looking for a full-time Wood Assembly Worker to work for one of our customers, a major producer and distributor of recyclable cardboard packaging and pallets. *** As an Assembly Worker, here's a rough outline of what your duties would entail***. Perform assembly work to make wooden ridges Assemble wood items and products using glue, clamps, bolts, screws or other fasteners; Take measurements using a tape measure Read orders and production diagrams when required. *** Requirements *** Have a good ability to learn Be very diligent at work Be good at calculations, measurements, and mathematical comprehension in order to understand the products to be manufactured and the raw materials required Have positive leadership qualities Work at a fast pace in order to set an example and raise the team's overall level Have a desire to grow within the company over the long term Have good interpersonal skills Be able to liaise between the supervisor and day laborers Have a vision of quality and health and safety Be able to replace the supervisor during vacations or absences Be willing and motivated to work overtime Be physically fit and dynamic Forklift experience would be a plus, although not required *** If you are interested in this position and you have the profile we are looking for, send us your application now ***1) Via this ad 2) By email, by sending your resume to the following address: ibenchekroune@excel-personnel.ca 3) For any questions, please contact us at 514-931-4251 ext. 270.
