We are currently seeking a qualified Hardware Test Engineer to join our team. Location: Mississauga, Ontario Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities Analyze the hardware requirements and draft test cases and procedures. Perform hardware system level testing and verify equipment level testing for safety critical hardware. Test case development and execution – this includes: The development of test cases and procedures based on systems requirements. Peer reviewing tests for correctness and completeness. Debugging test cases and potential issues when tests fail. Ensuring test cases and the associated test processes meet all required objectives. Assist in the development and updates to test documents, Software Verification Plan, Software Test cases and Procedures document, etc. Basic Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in electronic system level testing. Experience with development of hardware test cases, test procedures and execution of test procedures is required. Experienced with developing and executing test cases in Python Strong technical skills with emphasis in the areas of system level testing, verification and validation Ability to work across hardware and software
