Join Park & Fifth as a Technical Developer in Vancouver, BC. This full-time role focuses on garment construction and pattern engineering in a collaborative environment. The Technical Developer will play a vital role in the Product Development team, driving the technical development process from concept to pre-production. This mid-level position is ideal for candidates with 3–7+ years of experience, a strong foundation in garment fitting, and expertise in Gerber AccuMark software. Collaboration with Design and Production is key to ensuring that garments are production-ready. Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical development from concept to pre-production
- Create and maintain digital patterns using Gerber AccuMark
- Develop and grade patterns for fit consistency
- Conduct garment fittings and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with overseas factories on technical inquiries
- Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design or related field
- 3–7+ years of technical development experience
- High proficiency in Gerber AccuMark and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong garment fitting and construction knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
