- 2+ years in technical leadership roles, 5+ years overall AI experience
- Proven track record in delivering AI solutions with business impact
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to adapt and deliver in ambiguous environments
