You will utilize your expertise in procurement methodologies and risk assessment to enhance the city's contract administration and procurement functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage competitive procurement and tendering processes
• Provide expertise in contract law and public procurement
• Prepare competitive bid packages for departments
• Evaluate and support bid compliance and transparency
• Oversee public tender openings with integrity
Requirements:
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum two years in procurement or contracting
• In-depth knowledge of bidding laws and procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
