Your role includes exceeding sales targets, coaching peers, and contributing to overall store success. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently
- Educate customers with product demonstrations effectively
- Manage and optimize retail territory for engagement
- Provide insights to enhance store performance
- Mentor peers and support Sales Brand Ambassadors
- 2-3+ years in retail or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and guide peers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
