Become a key player at Desjardins as a Legal and Regulatory Compliance Senior Advisor. You will coordinate compliance frameworks while managing complex initiatives across the organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. Your leadership will drive strategic development projects while collaborating with various stakeholders. Engage with internal teams to create innovative solutions to enhance compliance and foster a culture of ethics. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee major compliance development projects across departments
- Design and implement strategic compliance action plans
- Advise stakeholders in monitoring and executing initiatives
- Diagnose compliance challenges and recommend improvements
- Establish policies to support compliance objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance
- Proficiency in French is required
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Proven expertise in strategic compliance management
