Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and handle account inquiries Recommend Uline products and solutions for customer needs Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
Requirements:
Fluent written and verbal English and French High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills Prior customer service experience is a plus Bring bilingual communication, customer service, and product recommendation skills to Uline's on-site Milton customer support team.
