Role: Clinic Services Associate Location: Ottawa Hours: 3 days/week 9:00am - 5:00pm Note: Opportunity to work more hours as needed. As a Clinic Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in their hearing healthcare journey. You'll support clinic operations and help create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. If you're looking for a job where you can help others and grow, this is the role for you What You'll Do: Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients What's in it for you: A positive and supportive work environment focused on growth The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's life What you bring: A positive energy and can-do mindset Post-secondary education or equivalent experience 1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in other languages is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications As a part of the hiring process, we require applicants to complete a 15 minute online pre-employment profile assessment.
