Elevate your career as a Crew Chief for Aircraft Maintenance at Skyservice, leading a team to ensure compliance and airworthiness in maintenance projects. As the Crew Chief, your leadership will drive a team of aircraft maintenance engineers to uphold safety standards and successfully complete all maintenance tasks. You will manage part orders, inspect work, and solve problems directly. This role has flexible work hours to accommodate varied project needs, with a focus on efficient team management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead aircraft maintenance engineers and distribute workloads
- Ensure that all maintenance deadlines are met
- Coordinate ordering and timely acquisition of parts
- Provide practical assistance in troubleshooting tasks
- Complete logbook entries and work orders diligently
- Valid Transport Canada M2 and/or M1 required
- Understanding of MCM and paperwork systems
- Proven experience supervising maintenance teams
- Strong organizational skills to work under pressure
- Completion of Aircraft Engineer College Program
