This senior Enterprise PMO role partners with product, development, data, analytics, marketing, and business teams. You will deliver pricing and lending capabilities, digital customer experiences, and e-commerce initiatives. Success requires technical credibility, Agile fluency, and clear executive communication.
Coordinate dependencies across pricing, lending, analytics, digital, and e-commerce workstreamsDirect delivery from initiation through post-launchManage releases, risks, scope changes, and contingency plansCoordinate data pipelines, vendors, integrations, and platform implementationsProvide executive reporting, governance, and lessons-learned documentationRequirements: 6+ years managing complex digital product initiativesTechnical understanding of APIs, architecture, data pipelines, and analytics workflowsExperience with Scrum or Kanban delivery teamsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree and project management certification required or listedBring digital delivery leadership, technical coordination, and executive communication to EZCORP’s Ontario-based Enterprise PMO. #
