- Cashier at FreshCo in Winnipeg, MB, CA. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. What began as a meat delivery business in Stellarton, Nova Scotia has grown to over 128,000 teammates at corporate-owned and franchised/affiliate store locations. Sobeys Capital Incorporated and its independently owned and operated franchise stores operate over 1,500 stores in all 10 provinces. Please note that this career opportunity is for a role at an independently owned and operated franchised/affiliate store location. Cashiers provide our customers with friendly and professional service, and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries Maintain Front End Department merchandise Participate in the training of junior staff Individual Compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity within the range provided.
