Skilled in performing various types of system testing. Experience with Workday configuration, business process frameworks, and security administration. Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations with external applications. Troubleshoot issues, provide functional support to users, and manage updates related to Workday releases. Preferred: Workday certifications in HCM, Core, Compensation, or other modules. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
