This senior technical contributor leads enterprise-scale non-functional testing initiatives and performance SDET work. You will design validation approaches for performance, resilience, availability, and scalability objectives. The work includes quality metrics, CI/CD quality gates, representative datasets, observability, and release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Translate quality strategy into executable engineering plansDesign data-driven performance and resilience validation approachesImplement quality metrics, KPIs, and CI/CD feedback loopsDevelop performance and resilience testing datasetsValidate non-functional requirements during release-readiness reviewsRequirements:
10+ years in software, performance, reliability, or quality engineeringEnterprise-scale non-functional testing leadership experienceExpertise in workload modelling, capacity planning, and scalability testingFramework development experience with k6, Gatling, JMeter, or equivalentStrong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or JavaApply performance engineering, resilience validation, quality metrics, and CI/CD expertise as a Lead Performance Quality Engineer.
