Stantec is on the lookout for a Junior Mechanical/Piping Designer for its Integrated Design team. In this role, you will tackle various industrial projects, focusing on energy and resource design. You'll work under minimal supervision while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals to ensure project success and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare preparation of contract drawings
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and clients
- Manage P&ID and flow diagram production
- Design mechanical systems using 3D modeling tools
- Collect data and represent field activities
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial consulting
- Technical diploma or relevant degree
- Competent organizational and communication skills
- Strong software proficiency in industry-standard tools
- Knowledge of safety protocols in the field
