- Product Specialist Full-time, In-person Our client specializes in providing top-notch products and solutions for woodworking enthusiasts and professionals alike. Their commitment to excellence ensures that their customers not only receive premium products like Festool, WoodPecker, SawStop, Bessey and Metabo, but also benefit from their unwavering support and expertise. We're on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Sales/Product Specialist to join our client's exceptional sales team. As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on our product range, adept at understanding customer requirements, conducting thorough market research, and showcasing our offerings with enthusiasm. Understanding of woodworking techniques and applications. −Identifying and addressing customer needs effectively. −Collaborating with the marketing team to promote their offerings. −Analyzing market pricing and refining product selection accordingly. A keen eye for market trends and a passion for inspiring customers −High school diploma or equivalent qualification −Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous −Ability to memorize product details and specifications −Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written −Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team −Deadline-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks

Experience:
