As we expand, we're seeking a Chief Architect to lead the technical vision and architecture of the WellStat.Io platform.

Role Overview

As Chief Architect, you will be responsible for defining and executing the architectural strategy of WellStat.Io. You will ensure the platform's scalability, performance, and security while integrating emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and IoT. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams, you will shape the platform's roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and design principles for the WellStat.Io platform.
• Lead the scalability, performance, and security strategy for the platform's cloud infrastructure and microservices-based ecosystem.
• Drive the integration of IoT devices, real-time data analytics, and AI-driven insights into the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices in modern web development frameworks (Node.Js & React), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee the development and optimization of full-stack applications, ensuring high-performance, modular, and scalable architectures.
• Establish API strategies for seamless integration with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Define data governance, storage, and real-time processing strategies to support big data and advanced analytics.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging web technologies to enhance user experience, scalability, and platform reliability.
• Work closely with product management to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams and software architects across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.Js, React.Js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with IoT platforms, edge computing, and sensor data processing.
• Strong background in big data architectures, AI/ML integration, and real-time analytics.
• Deep expertise in event-driven architectures (Apache MQ), and database technologies (MySQL).
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience in energy management, smart buildings, or PropTech is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
