Become a key player at Your Independent Grocer as a Warehouse Receiver, enhancing customer experience and collaboration in store operations. This role involves unloading shipments and stocking shelves effectively. As a Warehouse Receiver, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports the in-store experience. This position focuses on maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring products are available on the retail floor. You will also provide customer service while adhering to health and safety standards. Whether you’re new to the workforce or seeking a fresh start, your contributions will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload new shipments efficiently
- Store inventory in designated areas
- Stock the retail floor as needed
- Count inventory and report discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse organized and safe
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- No previous experience required; training provided
