You will be responsible for executing analytics initiatives that deliver measurable business value, engaging with growers and internal stakeholders to prioritize high-value use cases. Building analytical models and tools will be crucial to your success in this transformative position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data-driven initiatives enhancing agricultural operations
- Partner with growers and teams for analytics use case discovery
- Translate agronomic challenges into actionable insights
- Develop forecasting models and decision-support tools
- Ensure adoption of analytics within existing workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7+ years in analytics within agriculture or similar sectors
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Power BI
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders with analytic insights
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
