Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring operators are properly assigned and processes meet production targets. This role includes managing and adjusting production schedules, enforcing safety and 5S standards, monitoring operator performance, and communicating quality issues. The supervisor will lead morning meetings, provide training sign-offs, and guide team leads. Additional responsibilities include tracking hours/payroll versus output, verifying efficiency metrics, and maintaining overall operational excellence. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5-6 years in a lead/supervisory role 8-10 years of relevant manufacturing experience Experience in a moulding environment Proven experience leading a large team (20+ reports) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Automotive manufacturing experience Experience with: · Stamping/forming · Welding · Assembly · Robotics and automated systems
