Gildan Senior Advisor for IT Governance

Join Gildan as a Senior Advisor, IT Governance, specializing in ERP application security and SOX compliance. Focus on managing security for the JD Edwards system. In this role, you will report to the Director of Application Development and be responsible for ensuring application security practices within Gildan’s ERP environments. Your efforts will bolster the compliance framework, focusing on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and covering user access controls and audits. Collaborating effectively across departments, you'll ensure security implementations meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain security frameworks for JD Edwards E1
• Conduct and oversee security assessments against SOX standards
• Manage role-based access control and segregation of duties
• Provide critical mentorship for the user access team
• Draft and deliver compliance and security reports to leadership

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• 10+ years with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Profound knowledge of security management practices
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• English fluency required; other languages considered a plus
