Key Responsibilities
Develop role-specific training materials and delivery approaches Support talent management cycle activities with the business Educate managers on employee survey tools Assist with exit interviews and onboarding execution Coordinate Sofina culture initiatives and People Day activities
Requirements:
Three to five years of corporate HR and training experience Strong communication, influencing, and negotiating skills Experience designing and delivering training materials Working knowledge of HCM or HRIS platforms Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred Bring training development, employee engagement, and talent management capabilities to Sofina’s evolving culture initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
