Your mentorship will guide team development and project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative gameplay features
- Ensure all programming tasks meet production objectives
- Work closely with internal and external partners
- Mentor team members and oversee their evaluations
- Guarantee quality control within your team's output
- At least 8 years of experience in gameplay programming
- Proven leadership of 2+ years with 3 AAA projects completed
- Deep knowledge in C++ and scripting languages
- Solid understanding of mathematics
- Strong multitasking and delegation skills
