Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach a team of service advisors and technicians
• Manage service department operations for efficiency and profitability
• Ensure outstanding Guest service and satisfaction
• Develop and manage the department budget
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Automotive Technology or Business
• Minimum 5 years in automotive service, 2 in management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in service management software
