Merrithew seeks an experienced E-Commerce Specialist in Scarborough, Ontario, to enhance our dynamic online store in a hybrid role. Play a pivotal role in customer engagement, revenue growth, and product optimization. This full-time position under the Director of Digital Marketing focuses on managing day-to-day ecommerce activities, including promotions, content updates, and launching new products. Your insights will be instrumental in analyzing performance metrics to drive online sales and improve user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ecommerce content updates and merchandising strategies
- Implement promotional plans and ecommerce initiatives
- Optimize user interfaces to enhance customer acquisition
- Lead product launches and content accuracy within the store
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform strategy changes
- 3+ years’ experience in ecommerce for global markets
- Degree or diploma in marketing or business discipline
- Keen eye for detail with analytical skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify
- Strong communication, copywriting, and project management skills
