We're currently in search of a Pediatric Chiropractor to join our growing team. Whether you're newly certified or an experienced pediatric chiropractor looking to practice in a clinic that truly values collaborative, family-centred care we'd love to connect.
Location:
Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB) Availability: Minimum 3 shifts per week either in mornings (7:00 AM
- 1:00 PM) or afternoons (1:15 PM
- 8:00 PM). We have availability 7 days per week Employment Type: Contractor Why Join Us? Join a high-demand, busy clinic with strong practitioner referral sources Receive 1:1 mentorship from experienced practitioners within a collaborative pediatric and perinatal team Deliver 1:1 care in longer treatment blocks: 60-minute assessments, 30-to-60 minute follow-ups Be part of an inclusive, family-centred, and interdisciplinary environment Flexible scheduling and autonomy in your practice to support work-life balance Competitive and transparent compensation model Enjoy team-building activities like ski days, golf outings, and seasonal socials Ongoing opportunities for education, leadership, mentorship, and community engagement Yearly financial allowance for continuing education Who You Are Kind, inclusive, and passionate about providing exceptional care for infants, children, adolescents, and their families Interested in building relationships within the pediatric healthcare community Motivated to grow a caseload and engage in community outreach, education, and networking opportunities Committed to balancing excellence with sustainability in your work Comfortable contributing to clinic-led initiatives such as educational workshops, parent seminars, and community events when opportunities arise Passionate about pediatric chiropractic care, and excited to practice in a space that supports growth as a clinician Your Roles And Responsibilities Assess and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a variety of pediatric musculoskeletal, developmental, and functional concerns using evidence-informed chiropractic care Deliver family-centred care while prioritizing communication, education, and informed consent throughout the treatment process Maintain complete, accurate patient records using Jane App Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, teammates, and leadership Coordinate referrals, requisitions, and collaborative care plans with internal and external healthcare providers Stay engaged in ongoing education and professional development Contribute to the clinic's community presence through education, workshops, and outreach initiatives Minimum Qualifications What We're Looking For: Registered Chiropractor in good standing with the provincial regulatory College (CCOA) Valid malpractice insurance (CCPA) Additional education, certification, or demonstrated clinical experience in pediatric chiropractic care (ICPA, CACCP, or equivalent preferred) Clinical experience, interest, or coursework in caring for infants, children, adolescents, and families A willingness to work with a diverse and dynamic client population Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team Current CPR-C / First Aid certification Bonus Points For... Additional advanced certifications (perinatal care, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation, etc.) Experience working collaboratively alongside pediatric occupational therapists, pelvic health physiotherapists, massage therapists or other pediatric healthcare professionals Familiarity with EMRs (Jane App), Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital tools Interest or experience in providing trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centred care What We Value During the interview process, we'll look for real examples that reflect: Compassion Clinical skill An ability to work within a collaborative environment Communication skills A willingness to adapt, learn, and evolve your practice Your dedication to creating an inclusive space for all, upheld with professionalism #J-18808-Ljbffr
