As the VP of Engineering , you will lead and expand our engineering team, define the technical vision, and drive execution across our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative, scalable, and high-performance solutions while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team.
Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the design, architecture, and development of scalable software solutions.
Implement engineering best practices, including DevOps, security, and Agile methodologies.
Work closely with Product, Design, and other departments to drive technical execution.
Set and track engineering KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality.
Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
~ Proven ability to scale and manage high-performing engineering teams.
~ Strong expertise in modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, and software architecture.
~ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
~ Experience hiring and mentoring engineering leaders.
~ Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
