Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily Community Store operations Lead, coach, train, and supervise team members Manage donation flow and processing procedures Complete cash reports, deposits, and statistical counts Maintain customer service, safety, and security standards
Requirements:
One to two years supervising people and processes Leadership, coaching, communication, and team-building abilities Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends Health and safety experience is an asset Valid driver's license, insurance, and vulnerable persons check Apply customer service, team leadership, donation processing, and safety knowledge as a Goodwill Community Store Shift Supervisor.
