This IT Support Manager position requires ten years of IT support experience and customer management experience. You will help provide ongoing technical support, from technology deployment and rollout to break/fix, risk mitigation, and user support. The work includes managing junior and intermediate technicians while maintaining client service.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ottawa area residence or plans to relocate
