Farm Boy’s customer-first Department Operations Supervisor supports fresh shopping through product quality, food safety, and hands-on team leadership.
This supervisor partners with the Department Manager to drive operational results and department strategies. The work covers product preparation, packaging, pricing, rotation, cleanliness, inventory support, and team development. Success requires organized communication, analytical ability, and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Department Manager on performance strategies
- Maintain product preparation, packaging, pricing, and rotation standards
- Record shrink activity and support inventory counts
- Ensure food safety, health, safety, and policy compliance
- Train, support, and provide department team coverage
Requirements:
- Post-secondary completion and one year supervisory experience
- Passion for exceptional customer service delivery
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with computer software and automated systems
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Support Farm Boy department performance through customer service, operational standards, food safety, and practical team leadership.
