Lead the charge in AI innovation with Safe Software as a Senior AI Engineer, responsible for developing and deploying high-quality AI systems. Embrace hands-on involvement in the full lifecycle of AI processes. Safe Software seeks a seasoned professional to design and operate end-to-end AI/ML systems in production. In this role, you'll utilize data preparation, model development, and improve AI solutions while contributing to enterprise knowledge systems. Your expertise in generative AI and applied machine learning will ensure robust and secure AI implementations, while mentoring cross-functional teams increases efficiency and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI systems in production
- Architect agent-based systems including task routing and orchestration
- Create enterprise knowledge and retrieval systems using various data structures
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications and databases
- Establish automated testing and evaluation practices for system reliability
- 8+ years experience in software engineering and AI/ML
- Proficiency in Python or equivalent programming languages
- Experience developing and monitoring AI models in production
- Knowledge of generative AI and retrieval systems
- Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively
