Enhance employee experiences as the Benefits and Wellness Specialist with the Manitoba Métis Federation in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Oversee benefits administration, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement projects. The Manitoba Métis Federation is seeking a full-time Benefits and Wellness Specialist for its Human Resources Department. This role requires a seasoned professional with five years of benefits administration experience and a strong educational background in Human Resources or related fields. You will coordinate wellness initiatives, provide support for employee relations, and serve as a primary contact for benefits inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits and pension programs efficiently
- Serve as a point of contact for benefits inquiries
- Develop materials to promote benefits and wellness
- Research and communicate wellness topics to employees
- Assist with medical leaves and administration tasks
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum five years in benefits administration
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP HRIS
- Ability to travel and valid driver's license
