We develop software for the automotive and insurance industries and work with a prestigious client portfolio—most importantly, alongside an extraordinary team. Your day-to-day would include: Ensuring the relevance and prioritization of the backlog and bugs; Maintaining up-to-date documentation of requests (ideas and initiatives); Prioritizing the roadmap and playbook in collaboration with the OM; Communicating updates and changes to the various teams; Understanding product users and gathering their feedback; Communicating the product vision; Working with the development team to achieve defined objectives; Contributing to project definition and design phases; Supporting the translation of business needs into technical requirements; Ensuring deliverables meet compliance standards. The experience you need: Between 7 and 12 years of relevant experience in the field; Certificate in Business Analysis for Information Technologies, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science; PMP (an asset); Lean certification or Lean experience (an asset); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong documentation skills; Experience with Agile development processes; Product management experience; Strong leadership skills; Bilingual (French and English). English is required to communicate with stakeholders who are unable to communicate in French (clients, suppliers, partners, etc.). This position requires 4 days per week on-site . English is necessary to communicate with stakeholders who are unable to communicate in French (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.).
