In this full-time role, you will leverage your client-focused sales experience and problem-solving abilities to maximize each interaction. Your responsibilities include educating clients on banking options and utilizing modern technology to enrich client experiences. Note that mobility across branches is a requirement for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients to identify financial needs and provide solutions
- Educate clients about offerings and usage of technology
- Assist clients with varied financial transactions
- Continuously engage clients to clarify their requirements
- Take ownership of client issues to enhance relationships
- Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to pursue
- Success in client-first sales environments
- Strong relational and listening skills
- Proficient with digital tools and devices
- Bilingual in English and French to serve clients' needs
