As an Assistant Controller, you will be pivotal in ensuring financial precision and compliance in a leading engineering firm. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing financial reporting, managing the month-end and year-end processes, and mentoring the finance team. This dynamic role requires a hands-on leader to support strategic decision-making and process enhancements vital for business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor finance team members
- Prepare financial statements and manage reconciliations
- Coordinate month-end and year-end tasks
- Ensure timely completion of financial reporting deadlines
- Analyze monthly financial results for stakeholders
- Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5-7 years of multination accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Effective communication skills for all organization levels
