Key Responsibilities:
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents for enhanced satisfaction
- Manage a budget-conscious portfolio effectively
- Provide leadership and support to maintenance personnel
- Evaluate the quality of work across Minto teams
- Ensure consistency in tenancy contracts through our ERP
Requirements:
- Three to five years in property management experience
- Two years' team management expertise
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- SAP or Yardi ERP system proficiency
- Solid understanding of management practices
