Key Responsibilities
Bath, shower, and wash residents following NCP procedures Assist transfers using ceiling lifts, mechanical lifts, and transfer belts Feed residents according to their care plans Provide routine treatments under Staff Nurse direction Accompany residents to dining, therapy, and recreation activities
Requirements:
Recognized Personal Care Aide or equivalent certificate Active CLHA registration as required Fluent English communication, orally and in writing One year of continuing-care experience preferred Post-secondary education considered an asset Bring personal care, transfer assistance, and resident support skills to AgeCare Dawson while promoting comfort, dignity, and well-being. #J-18808-Ljbffr
