Peakhill Capital is expanding its team and looking for a self-motivated Associate to focus on debt investments. This position includes analyzing borrower profiles, underwriting commercial mortgages, and interacting with clients. We are interested in candidates who are highly organized, able to work under pressure, and dedicated to contributing to team successes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on borrowers
- Create and manage loan documentation including term sheets
- Engage with clients and conduct site visits
- Monitor current commercial mortgage market trends
- Develop industry relationships through networking
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in finance or business preferred
- 1-2 years in Commercial Lending or Real Estate
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
