This position requires a blend of innovation, customer service, and effective management. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate aquatics programs and health promotions
- Manage recreation operations to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate in event planning to engage the community
- Mentor junior staff and volunteers for success
- Analyze program effectiveness to enhance community impact
- Diploma in Recreation Management or similar
- National Lifeguard Service Certification required
- Experience in aquatics programming and facility management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative abilities
