- Oversee cleanliness and health of the store’s pet areas
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and sell pet products and services
- Support promotional events and initiatives in-store
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to work well under pressure and remain composed
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in sales or retail preferred
