Lead beauty sales at Shoppers Drug Mart in Hamilton, Ontario, using sales tracking tools and customer service expertise. This is a regular part time position.
The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales and achieve targets. You will sell to customers, coach staff in selling skills, and use eClienteling to support superior service. The position also involves PC Optimum promotion, event appointments, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Coach staff in selling skills and beauty sales standards
- Monitor customer service survey results and objectives
- Book appointments and manage annual incremental events
- Schedule shifts according to identified peak hours
Requirements:
- Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision making
