As a Proposals Specialist in our Marketing & Business Development team, you will report directly to the Director of Proposals & Pursuits. With 3-6 years of relevant experience, your focus will be on proposal intake, drafting, and coordination. You will collaborate with partners and business development colleagues, contributing to the enhancement of proposal processes and knowledge management.



Key Responsibilities
• Manage proposal intake and scope analysis
• Coordinate with stakeholders for required inputs
• Maintain timelines and track milestones
• Lead proposal drafting and quality control
• Update knowledge management systems



Requirements:
• 3-6 years in proposals or business development
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Excellent project management abilities
• Familiarity with proposal tools and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
