Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in securing stable housing
- Conduct thorough pre-intake assessments with clients
- Coordinate with community partners for holistic support
- Create personalized housing search and support plans
- Assess client progress and identify potential risks
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in social work or related fields
- 2+ years experience with housing insecurity issues
- Familiarity with local community services
- Strong advocacy and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access required
